Unfortunately, Maung Maung (the local person who managed the funds in Myanmar after each transfer) has been unable to meet his commitments on a number of occasions. This has resulted in the termination of financial assistance. Thank you all for supporting this community and believing in this project I've set up. Unfortunately it has to stop from October 2024 as I can not guarantee that all the donated money will be used properly.
September 2024
Heavy rainfall and strong winds has made it more difficult to live in such circumstances. The most important thing in this month is to have a dry home, food, and water.

Thanks to the donations we can keep on building better living conditions for this small community near Yangon, Myanmar
While we're making sure they have enough food to bridge this ongoing difficult time, we're able to supply this community bamboo, wood, and other things needed for them to live in a somewhat comfortable living conditions.

July 2024
The month July and August can be the hardest months for the people in the outskirts of Yangon. They have heavy rainfall during this period and not everyone is able to make enough money to feet there family. Due to the inflation rice got very expensive for the people who live below the poverty line
Even though the local community has maybe different priorities. I try to motivate them to keep their streets clean as they are living on squated land.
